The 68th General Council Meeting of the Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI) has concluded on a high note, marking a momentous milestone in the Church’s spiritual and administrative journey. Held at the Church Headquarters in Osu, Accra, the annual event brought together the entire ecclesiastical leadership of the Church for reflection, governance, and spiritual direction.

As enshrined in the Church’s Constitution, the General Council is the highest decision-making body of the Christ Apostolic Church International. It convenes once annually, with room for emergency sessions when necessary, to deliberate on critical matters affecting the Church’s doctrine, administration, missions, and ministerial welfare.

This year’s session witnessed robust participation from full-time ministers across Ghana and delegates from international missions, signifying the Church’s growing global reach and purposeful unity.

As part of the agenda for this year’s general council meeting, the ordination of thirty-eight (38) full-time ministers into the sacred office of Apostleship emerged as one of the main highlights of the 68th Council Meeting. This spiritual elevation is both a recognition of years of dedicated service and a commissioning into a higher calling to shepherd, build, and expand the ministry in accordance with Biblical standards and the Church’s apostolic mission.

The newly ordained Apostles are now entrusted with greater spiritual responsibility to lead congregations, plant churches, and provide apostolic oversight across various jurisdictions, both locally and internationally.
