“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.” (Psalms 19:14)
Some people do not know the power of the mouth until they speak words that entangle them or put them in trouble (Luke 19:22–26).
The children of the Lord should know the value of their mouth so that they can put it into good use (Luke 11:23).
The psalmist understood this, so he prayed a wonderful prayer unto God so that He could help him speak the right words always.
Dear beloved, learn from the psalmist and pray in like manner; if the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart are acceptable in the sight of God, you will always enjoy peace and prosperity. Jesus Christ once said that by your words you will either be justified or condemned (Matthew 12:37).
Beloved, meditate on God’s Word so that what comes out from your heart will sound good in the hearing of God, because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (Matthew 12:34). Remember, your life goes in the direction of your mouth. Hallelujah! God richly bless you!
