“Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.” (Luke 6:28)

Becoming abreast with the Kingdom Life determines how far you can go in your life on earth and the manifestation of your blessings.

Beloved, the kingdom of light operates differently from the kingdom of darkness. The kingdom of darkness believes in personal revenge and cursing people. However, the kingdom of light encourages members to forgive and bless people, even those who curse us. It also exhorts us to pray for those who despitefully use us.

Beloved, the good reason for this is that the children of God are light; endowed with the power to build life and not destroy it (Matthew 5:14–16, John 10:10). Our heavenly Father is our perfect example; He gives rain and sunshine to the saved and the unsaved (Matthew 5:45, Luke 6:35).

Beloved, let us follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ so that we can learn a lot about the Kingdom life, practice the principles therein, and be blessed abundantly. Praise the Lord!

Prayer Point:

My dear Lord Jesus Christ, I bless Your name. Thank You for giving me insight into Your Word. Please give me more grace—to bless those who curse me and to pray for those who mistreat me—so that others would see the good things in me and in Your Kingdom and draw closer to you. Amen!
