The General Council is the highest law and policy making body of the church vested with the final authority to deliberate and make broad policies for the administration of the church in accordance with this constitution.
The General council comprises:
(a) The Executive Council members
- All ministers
- Territorial Management members
- Area Management members
- Three representatives from each Area who shall be nominated by the area
(f) Two representatives from each fellowship at the national level
- g) Observers who may be invited by the church.
