There shall be a nine-member Executive Council which shall be vested with the executive powers to
administer the Church to achieve the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Church. In the exercise of its executive powers, the Executive Council shall have managerial and disciplinary powers and authority to implement the policies of the General Council in accordance with this Constitution. All elected Ministers of the Executive Council, except the Chairman shall be considered equal in terms of status and position.
The Executive Council is comprised of the following:
a. The Chairman of the Church who shall preside;
b. Field Director;
c. General Secretary;
d. Missions Director;
e. Evangelism Director;
f. Christian Education Director;
g. Prophetic Director;
h. Finance Director, who shall be appointed by the elected members of the Executive Council
i. General Elder, who shall be appointed by the elected members of the Executive Council.
The Chairman shall be elected for a four-year term and may be eligible for re-election for another term
only. The other elected members shall be elected for a four-year term and they may be eligible for re-election for further two (2) terms only. The appointed members of the Executive Council shall serve for a term of four (4) years and they may be eligible for reappointment for additional two (2) terms only.
