“Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.” (Psalms 25:5)

The psalmist in the opening scripture learned about something vital in his life; he came to a point where he found out that God is truth and He is a great teacher (John 14:6). He, therefore, asked Him to lead him in truth and teach him.

Beloved, another thing we could learn from the psalmist is that he was prepared to wait on God until he received instructions from Him.

In the New Testament, the Holy Spirit has been given to the children of God to teach us and lead us (John 16:13).

Dear beloved, ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and lead you in His truth. Remember that He has been trying to draw your attention to this truth, so submit to Him.

Also be prepared to wait expectantly until you receive instructions from Him, because if you know the truth about any subject in life, you cannot fail; and when the Holy Spirit leads you, you are sure of success in any endeavor.

Beloved, get to know the Holy Spirit from the Word of God and fellowship with Him through His Word; allow Him to lead you from glory to glory.

Prayer Point:

Abba Father, thank You for giving me Your Holy Spirit to live in me and abide with me forever. My dear Holy Spirit, I give You my maximum cooperation and submission. Please lead and guide me in all my decisions, choices, actions, and reactions in order to be successful in all my endeavors on earth. Amen!
